JEREMY DEl RIO

Jeremy R. Del Rio is the co-founder and Executive Director of Thrive Collective, a nonprofit creating hope and opportunity through arts and mentoring in and around public schools. Under his leadership, Thrive has invested nearly $13 million in more than 200 artists serving 40,000 students across 300+ schools, while producing more than 750 murals and expanding its work from New York City to communities across the country and Puerto Rico.

An attorney, educator, and community leader, Jeremy has spent more than three decades developing initiatives that equip young people, artists, and communities to thrive. After leaving corporate law following 9/11 to lead relief efforts at Ground Zero, he has continued to bring together creativity, mentorship, and community transformation—believing in the power of art and relationships to help people imagine what is possible and bring it to life.
